Dr. A. Maduram had completed her MBBS from Al Ameen Medical College, Karnataka University in 2008 and did her Masters in MD Pharmacology from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai in 2007. To her credit she also had worked as a Clinical Research Physician in Vimta Labs, Hyderabad as a Team leader, lead a team of 15 members under her in the field of Clinical Research-Pharmacovigilance (Medical writing, CRA, CRC Monitoring). She has previous teaching experience in Academic institutions like Chettinad Medical College and Research Centre, Chennai. She has got a huge interest in Animal studies and got her research papers on Animal studies published in reputed journals. To her research credits she had guided two STS ICMR funded projects in 2013 and 2020. Currently she is also one of the PhD guides in SBV Deemed to be University, guiding an External PhD candidate.

She had served as an External Examiner for Undergraduate, Allied Health Sciences Examinations for other Universities like The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR medical university, SRM University and Bharath University.

Dr. Lavakumar S completed his MBBS from PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Coimbatore in 2006, did his Post graduation in MD Pharmacology at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Puducherry between 2010 and 2013. He joined as Assistant Professor thereafter in the Department of Pharmacology in 2013 at Shri Sathya Sai Medical College and Research Institute. He has got nine years of teaching Undergraduate and Postgraduate experience in academics. He has nearly 15 publications in reputed National and International Journals which are indexed in databases like PubMed, Scopus and Index Copernicus etc. He has got one registered copyright under the Government of India’s Copyright office to his credit.  His key areas of interest are Clinical Pharmacology, Therapeutics and Medical Education. He had completed the Advanced Course in Medical Education in 2020. He is currently holding responsibilities at institutional level as Registrar of Department of Pharmacology, MEU Co-coordinator, and Steering member cum Departmental Task force member for NAAC and Member of the Subcommittee of the editorial board for Chronicle - The official news letter from SBV Deemed to be university.  He has completed Fellowship in Practical Cardiology, as a part of IMA-CGP. He is also the member of Indian Pharmacological Society.

She has joined SSSMC&RI as Tutor in the department on 14th July 2016. She was promoted as Assistant Professor 1st November 2016. She had received a gold medal for securing first rank in M.D. Pharmacology degree examination in RMMC&H. She has a teaching experience of Four and half years, teaching Pharmacology to undergraduate and postgraduate students. She has got four publications in the international journals in Pubmed, Scopus indexed. She has one copyrights to her credit. Currently she is involved in few ongoing projects, one of which is selected for prestigious STS ICMR 2020 grant under her guidance. She also holding the additional post as Member secretary of IAEC at SSSMC&RI.
