SSSMCRI Curriculum Highlights
The curricular activities at SSSMCRI has been enriched by the active support of the dedicated members of the Medical Education Unit who have worked tireless all throughout the year for the betterment of the curricular delivery.
SSSMCRI focuses on student centric, trans-disciplinary, E-learn assisted, problem based and self-directed learning for undergraduates. The curriculum and the syllabi for the course shall be as specified in UGC and MCI regulations.

Undergraduate Curriculum
The undergraduate curriculum is in accordance with the norms proposed by the Regulatory body. Nevertheless, all efforts have been taken to introduce innovative forms of teaching-learning and even bring about a reform in the pattern of assessments, including the validation of the exams.
Postgraduate Curriculum
As one of the constituent colleges of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, Competency Based Medical Education has been implemented at SSSMCRI since the last 3 years. A set of Entrustable Professional Activities have been framed for each of the subject and each one has been assessed periodically.
Other Highlights
In the mission to successfully implement Competency Based UG Curriculum, all the faculty members have been sensitized about Competency Based Medical Education and in what all ways it differs from the Traditional curriculum and the need for this transition.
