ABOUT MEDICAL RECORDS DEPARTMENT
About Medical Records Department: The Medical Records Department, known as Mirror of the Hospital , started functioning from 2008. We cater for both Inpatient and Outpatients. The Medical Records Department is located at ground floor in prime area, which is easily accessible for public. We have qualified  Medical Records Technicians , MRT graduates around the clock to serve the needed public.Â
Facilities available: Our Department is  spacious with sufficient  storage space for keeping records for coding and year wise, Apart from our Department we have separate rooms for storing records.  Internet facility is available for ICD Coding.
