The Department of Pharmacology was started in the year 2008. Since then the Department has shown a good progression in the field of teaching the subject MBBS, Allied health Sciences students.

The objective of our department is mainly to provide such scientific data, using which one can choose a drug treatment of proven efficacy and safety from the various options available, to suit the patient.

Today, it is a full-fledged teaching cum services Department with State of the art Museum, Pharmacovigilance, Drug formulations and Pharmacy services.

• Optimization and individualization of curriculum, knowledge (both theoretical and practical) to the stakeholders (MBBS STUDENTS, Post-graduate students, and Allied Health Students and B.Sc Nursing students)
• Dishing out scientific and rationalistic pharmacology to students and practicing physicians and related health care professionals.
