The department was started in 2008 for catering the needs of rural people. In 10 years, it stands as a department of excellence in providing expertise in diagnosing and treating ear, nose, throat and head and neck ailments. The department is also equipped with comprehensive audiological diagnostic services for evaluation of hearing loss. Currently, the department has team of dedicated faculties who contribute not only in patient care, but also in academics and research activities. The department also participates regularly in outreach activities and patient education.

OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT: The department has 4 consultation rooms, fully equipped audiology room, speech therapy room, a demonstration room, departmental library , a museum and endoscopy room ( with 0 and 70 degree endoscope, camera). There is a temporal bone lab with an operating microscope and a teaching aid.

INPATIENT WARD: 3O bedded ward ( 15 for male and 15 for female)

OPERATING THEATRE: We have 1 OT dedicated fully to ENT with an operating microscope with a teaching aid, endoscopes, camera, micro motor, microdebrider, microear instruments, micro laryngeal instruments, endoscopic sinus surgery instruments and tonsillectomy instruments.

AUDIOLOGY: Pure tone audiometry, Impedence Audimetry, OAE and BERA.
