All the following laboratories are established and well equipped as per MCI norms for suiting the requirements for 150 MBBS students.

1. Hematology laboratory
2. Clinical laboratory
3. Amphibian laboratory
4. Mammalian laboratory

In addition there is also a research laboratory with research facilities for carrying out research on autonomic functions, ECG, EEG, Pulse Plethysmography and Pulmonary function tests.

Library cum seminar room:

The department has a library cum seminar room with a collection over 90 books of latest editions. Also monthly and annual Physiology journals are available for references by students and faculty.

Demonstration rooms:

There are two demonstration rooms with seating capacities of 80 per room along with Audio-Visual aids for conducting small group teaching activities.

Innovative practices:

The department has succeeded in establishing Zebrafish research laboratory for pursuing research related to Neurobehavioural and Ethnomedicine studies.
