25	Professor Dr Saurabh Rambiharilal Shrivastava MBBS.,MD., Profile Summary Dr. Saurabh Shrivastava, currently working as a Professor in the Department of the Community Medicine.He has been involved in following assignments: A)Administrative Responsibilities He is the Medical Education Coordinatorof Shri Sathya Sai Medical College & Research Institute, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth. He is a representative from SSSMCRI for the SBV – Media and Publicity Committee and He is a representative from SSSMCRI for SBV - Mission for Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer. He has been nominated by SBV for inclusion in the National Collegium of Assessors pertaining to Health Sciences Universities. He has served as the been appointed as the Vice Principal Curriculum for 2 years. B)Teaching, Learning and Assessment He was actively involved in the planning and implementation of Competency Based Undergraduate Curriculum, including the Foundation Course In-charge of III MBBS students since 5 years He was selected to represent SBV for the prestigiousTraining of Teachers for Student induction programat UGC-South Eastern Regional Office – IIIT, Hyderabad. He was appointed as member of the Advisory Committee to monitor the implementation of Competency Based Curriculum for MBBS students at MGMCRI & SSSMCRI on 24th July 2019. He was a Core Committee member for the collaboration with the Partners Medical International, Boston, USA to provide a rich, diverse, clinical, learning environment for the students. He has participated in the initiatives of the university in quality improvement of the examination systems such as post validation of examinations, building question banks, implementing OSPE examinations. 32	Associate Professor Dr Muthukumar T MBBS., MD. Profile Summary Dr. T. Muthukumar, is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Medicine. He did his UG from Vinayaka Mission’s Medical College, Karaikal and Post graduate from Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry. He is working in this institution since 2016 and worked as the Assistant Professor in-charge of RHTC for more than 18 months, during which he has conducted, guided and organized several outreach activities and observed important health days. He also worked as the Department CRRI coordinator, I MBBS and II MBBS coordinator during which he has successfully organized HeART and CREAMs program for the undergraduate students. Currently, he is the Department PG coordinator. Dr.Muthukumar was the Organizing Secretary and one of the resource person for the “Mobile Based data Capture workshop” which was conducted as a part of International Health and Research Convention’19. He was resource person for various Faculty Development Programs and other sessions organized by Medical Education Unit & Institutional Research Committee. He has been appointed as the Member Secretary for Institute Research Council for SSSMCRI. He is member of IAPSM, IPHA, MEU, Standardized Patient committee, Disciplinary committee and NIRF (National institutional ranking frame work) committee at ShriSathyaSai Medical College and Research Institute. 38	Associate Professor Dr Surekha A NA Profile Summary Alumni of MGMC&RI, finished PG from St. John’s Medical College and Joined as Assistant Professor in Department of Community Medicine in MGMCRI in 2016 & SSSMCRI in 2019. Completed MD, DNB, MNAMS and PGDHPE. 45	Associate Professor Dr Chandana Krishna MBBS., M.D., Profile Summary Dr. Chandana Krishna is currently working as Associate professor of Community medicine. She did her MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and research institute (BMCRI), Bangalore and MD from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Bangalore. She was working in Sri Siddhartha Medical College as Assistant professor between 2016 to 2021. She joined the institute in March 2021. She is the registrar of the Department of Community Medicine. 40	Associate Professor,Statistician Dr Karnaboopathy Ranganathan M.Sc.,M.Phil.,Ph.D., Profile Summary Dr. R. Karnaboopathy is currently working as Associate Professor cum Statistician in the Department of Community Medicine. He did his M. Sc., M. Phil., and Ph.D in Statistics during 2004 to 2014 at Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar, Chidambaram. During his Ph. D period he worked in Project Fellow of UGC- Major Research Project. He is joined as Assistant Professor cum Statistician on 23^rd January 2015 in Department of Community Medicine at Shri Sathya Sai Medical College and Research Institute (A constituent college of Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth (SBV), Puducherry). He have been involved in UG & PG Teaching activities, guiding researchers from all levels (viz. UG Students, AHS students, CRRIs, PG Students, Ph. D Scholars, Faculty members) in their various research projects, including PG dissertations. He has been a resource person for various Faculty Development Programs and other sessions organized by Medical Education Unit & Institutional Research Committee.
